Ingredients:
2 (18.25 oz) boxes white-cake mix
Cooking spray
1-1/2 tsp grated orange zest
Orange
food coloring
1/2 of 18-oz tube refrigerated sugar cookie dough
Red decorating gel, for tombstones
1/3 cup
vanilla frosting
Orange cake-decorating glitter
Sugar-candy witch on broom
1 (1-lb) tub chocolate frosting
3/4 cup coarse chocolate-wafer-cookie crumbs
3 Tbsp purple decorating sugar
2 Tbsp yellow decorating sugar
Decorations:
Brown licorice sticks (trees); candy bats,cat,spider; Meringue Ghosts (recipe follows); green
rock candy (shrubs); pumpkins;candy corn.
Petite Icing Decorations (cat,bat,spider and witch), I got mine from Wilton
Enterprises, www.wilton.com. Go to their online catalog and click on the Seasonal Shop, then on party. I think they still
have the bats & spiders, but the set I used with the witch and cat have been discontinued. I would just use a witch &
cat cookie cutter and paint them
