How To Make Chocolate Strawberries
You Will Need:
15 to 20 large ripe
strawberries with leaves on 6 oz. semisweet chocolate
Chocolate Strawberries are not difficult and they are a
lovely way to end a fine dinner or luncheon. You can make them on the morning of your party or the day before.
First
wash and dry the strawberries, but do not remove their leaves.Line a baking sheet with wax paper. Melt the chocolate in the
top of a double boiler over hot water. Holding each strawberry by the leaves, dip them into the melted chocolate and place
them on the lined baking sheet. Refrigerate the strawberries until they are firm or overnight. Arrange them unwrapped on a
pretty platter or place each one in a decorative bonbon wrapper.
